Strauchman Mobile Repair is a one-man operation out of Marysville, Michigan. When you call that number, you're talking to the mechanic who's going to show up and do the work — not a call center, not an answering service.

The shop travels in a 32-foot enclosed gooseneck trailer. It's stocked for field work on bucket trucks and heavy equipment: hydraulic hose stock and fittings, welding equipment, electrical diagnostic tools, and parts for the failures that happen most often in the field. Most repairs happen where the equipment sits.

The work has included storm response deployments alongside utility restoration crews, field repairs on job sites that a lot of shops wouldn't drive to, and equipment that other mechanics wanted to truck back to a bay before touching. If it can be fixed on-site, that's what we do.
